CUTLINE
Good ideas.Great finishes.
A workspace that keeps the creative process moving. From the first brief to the files that actually ship.
One workspace. First idea to final file.
CUTLINE is a shared space for small creative teams: campaign assets, feedback pinned to the work, approvals that belong to a version, and release packs that hold only what is ready. We shaped the brand, the product logic, the desktop and mobile interface, and the motion that gives it attitude.

Good ideas in. Great finishes out.
Fifteen seconds of kinetic type at full volume: the pile of “final_final” files, the reveal, the call, and a courier skating the approved pack out the door.
The idea was never the problem.
Great work gets lost between chat threads, scattered files and “final_final” versions. CUTLINE gives a team one place to see what is current, what needs a decision and what is ready to leave.
- 01 · See
See the work.
Visual assets lead. Owners, versions and due dates stay one glance away.
- 02 · Decide
Make the call.
Feedback lives on the artwork. Approval belongs to one specific version.
- 03 · Ship
Ship the right files.
A release holds approved versions only, with a manifest you can trace.
Big ideas. A world of their own.
- The idea workshop
- A playful machine built from the tools of creative work. It swallows the messy spark and prints a confidently finished package.
- The release courier
- A folder on a skateboard. It delivers only what is approved, and it is the one who brings the launch pack home.
Every asset. One clear picture.
Owners, versions and approval states travel with the work, so nobody has to ask where things stand.
- 18assets in one campaign
- 06in production
- 04waiting for a decision
- 08approved and ready
Small details. Big clarity.
- 01
Status, owner, version.
Every asset says who owns it, which version you are looking at and what needs attention.
- 02
Approval belongs to a version.
The notice and the pinned thread keep feedback tied to the exact file in front of you.
- 03
A traceable handoff.
Only approved versions enter the package, with a manifest of versions and owners.
Less “which file?” More “this is it.”
Pin feedback to the image. Decide on the version in front of you. One primary action per context: approving happens next to “Request changes”, never in two places at once.
Approved. Packed. Out the door.
Approving Campaign hero v3 lifts the approved count to nine. The pack takes those nine and leaves the nine unfinished files where they belong.
Same decision. Smaller screen.
- 1
Decide with your thumb.
The primary action sits in the reach zone. One tap approves exactly the version on screen.
- 2
Feedback stays pinned.
Pins and threads follow the image, so context never gets lost between chat apps.
- 3
A receipt, not a toast.
Approval confirms the version, who approved it, and that it now belongs to the launch pack.
A little attitude. A lot of intent.
Gather, snap, release: the signature interaction approves the last asset, pulls nine files into one package and hands it to the courier.
- Feedback · 100–220 ms
Selection responds immediately.
- Transition · 600 ms
The same asset keeps its identity.
- Reduced motion
Fade between states. Skip the travel.
Expressive outside. Precise inside.
The brand gets to be loud on posters and in motion. Inside the product, colour marks state and every action says what it does.

New version uploaded
The earlier approval stays in history. The new file goes back to review.
→ Review v4 -
Nothing approved yet
Keep creating. The launch pack appears as soon as work is approved.
→ Back to campaign -
File upload interrupted
The file stays in the queue. Retry without losing its name or comments.

8 px spacing rhythm / labelled states / version-scoped approvals / recoverable actions
Fifteen seconds. The whole workflow.
Everything above, as one story: from a pile of loose ends to one approved package, the way a team would actually live it.
Make a scene. Keep it together.
Have a product that needs a brand with attitude and an interface with discipline? That is our favourite kind of brief.
